Donating & Invoicing

Every Spotter is entitled to 5% of the income of their blogs by contract.

Every year we ask you to invoice or donate your earnings over the previous year before mid (14) February.  If you don’t make a choice, your earnings we will be donated.

Donating

The majority of Spotters chooses to donate his or her income. If you do, you will receive eternal gratitude, and a login to use our apps “forever”. Donating your earnings is easy. Just click here!

How much to invoice, and what about taxes?

You can find the amount to invoice us in the editing system under “Income”: http://edit.spottedbylocals.com/.

Important notes:

  • When you send an invoice to Spotted by Locals,  we are required to report your earnings to the local tax authorities (in The Netherlands). You  are responsible for reporting your personal earnings to your local tax authorities.
  • Depending on tax laws in your country, you might need to include other mandatory information on the invoice as well. We cannot advise you on this – check this with your local tax authorities!
  • Income information is confidential information that you are not allowed to share with others
  • Invoices received after 14 February 2020 cannot be processed

Company or person?

If you’re invoicing as a company, we can only accept invoices created by a company (co-owned) by yourself.

What info to include on the invoice?

A – Invoicing as a company in The Netherlands?

Are you an entrepreneur paying taxes as a company in The Netherlands, and do you want to send an invoice issued by your company? Please include all the following information on your invoice:

1. Our address & VAT details
